For anyone interested in being part of the POA Board: an information meeting will be held at 7 pm on Tuesday, May 13th at Ron & Beth Bean’s house at 188 Stone Mill Circle.  No experience necessary!  Please consider volunteering if you've never helped out before.

Annual dues notices have been sent out, thanks in advance for your prompt payment!  Avoid a late fee, please pay by April 30!

REMINDER: Any major changes to your home exterior (eg add a new deck) or lot (eg gazebo, storage shed) require pre-approval from the Architectural Standards Committee; see the menu link above for more information and request forms.

In compliance with NC law, residential solar panels are allowed.  However you must obtain advance approval from the Architectural Standards Committee prior to starting any solar project.
